Our brand new Strength & Mobility program is meant for girls only (11+ years), and is designed to build strength, prevent injuries and move better. 

This program is meant for girls at all fitness levels and therefore requires no previous training experience. 

Spots are limited!

When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from May 6 to May 31, 2019
4-5pm
