Our year-round Teen Camp is a great opportunity for athletes and non-athletes alike to gain more body awareness, athletic mobility, as well as a sense of team work and self confidence. We will focus on building power, speed, endurance, and proper body mechanics through strength and conditioning methods utilized by champion athletes- but scaled to each participant’s current fitness level. This class is open to all. No prior experience is required. Register now! Space is limited!
