Here is your opportunity to participate in a low impact functional training program in a limited small group environment!

Reboot will meet three times week. Tuesday and Thursday formats are based on corrective exercises for strength, mobility, and overall functional health. Participants will be given a syllabus to follow in case any classes are missed. The third meeting will be your choice of any drop-in to any Bootcamp, Pilates, or Stretch and Restore class based on your schedule. In addition to providing you with mindful instruction and appropriate programming, we will review your personal goals and help you develop sound habits for success!

· Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. + additional meeting of your choice

· Minimum 6, max of 10

· Monthly rate: $185/month
