Looking for the next level in group training? Our Core Performance Group Fitness class incorporates unconventional strength and conditioning methods to deliver a unique physical training program that is functional, fun, and effective! Start training the way many elite athletes do: with free-weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, odd objects, bodyweight exercises, and plyometric drills. This class will prepare you for athletic competitions and events outside of the gym as well.
Many consider our Core Performance Group Fitness the graduate program for Bootcamp. Classes are designed for intermediate and advanced levels. If you have never experienced this type of training before, come discover your inner athlete! You will marvel at the speed in which you lose body fat and increase your strength & cardio-respiratory capacity.
Membership Fees & Options:
You must complete the Starter Pack before joining Core Performance Group Fitness.
