Invoicing
For both private training or group classes, invoices must be paid in full before client(s) can begin with training program(s).

Scheduling & Cancellations for Personal Training and Buddy Sessions
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Verbal or email confirmation is sufficient. We do not provide refunds or reschedule cancellations made less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment. Please note that Buddy Sessions are charged in full in the event that only one person can make the appointment.

Absentee Policy for all Group Classes
We do not issue credit for missed group classes unless otherwise stated.

Changes in Membership
Please note that all membership change requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the next cycle billing. We can not retroactively issue credits.

Missed Training Sessions Due to Injury
We will issue credit for any missed sessions due to injuries. Injuries must be documented by a physician’s note in order to receive credit. Credit must be used within 14 days after receiving medical clearance to exercise.

Returning to Exercise after Injury
You must provide documentation for medical clearance to return to exercise. No exceptions.

Statements
Clients can access invoices and statements through our online management system or by email upon request up to 90 days after training date. We can not guarantee access to client scheduling and invoicing records greater than 90 days from date of training.

Drop-Ins
Drop-ins are available for one time use only.  After one drop-in, group class memberships or personal training must be purchased to continue access to the gym.

* Personal training sessions and group classes are non-transferable.

Saturday Morning SPIN Class
Please book your bike using the MindBody app in order to reserve your spot in class.
