What better way to practice boxing combinations than with a punching bag? Physically practicing a punch combo will help ingrain it into the mind as muscle memory! The boxers did a great job on keeping their feet moving. Foot movement and stance is crucial in boxing, as both play into the boxers form. It is common for fighting form to be the first to go out the door when a boxer starts to get tired or when a boxer over shoots their punches. If the fists are not in guard, defence will not be efficient.
