Objectives:
- Developing locomotion efficiency
- Increasing flexibility, balance, muscular coordination
- Increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity
- Developing muscular strength, power and local muscular
endurance
Our summer youth program is suitable for any teenager between ages 10 to 16. The
primary goal is to help build a strong mental / physical baseline which can be transferred
into sports performance and/or used to help develop a healthier lifestyle. Each course runs
4x per week for 4 weeks.
4x/ week for 4 weeks M, T, W, Th 9:30am - 10:30am
