Our sports performance training program is specialized to help athletes increase winning attributes, such as strength, power, endurance, speed, and agility, for their sport.
Each program is custom tailored and cycled appropriately for the athlete's needs. We develop a training regimen that enhances the athlete's current status, ensuring that the training is supplemental, never detrimental, to his/her sport.
Uniquely, we help athletes develop functional strength. For example, unlike most gyms that will use seated machine exercises to develop upper body strength, we will have you lift and press weights while on your feet. As most sports require you to be on your feet, your strength training program should as well.
Training is available for teams, groups, and individuals.
