How We’re Different:
We focus on athletic performance. We provide training to people of ALL ages and fitness levels. We pride ourselves in being one of the most inclusive, supportive, motivational, and successful fitness environments around!
We coach. Our foundation is based on the renowned NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist accreditation. We teach proper biomechanics to increase human performance. Our method of physical training is functional. Our training modalities have real world applications. We continue to learn from the best coaches, educators, and researchers in the world.
We avoid “machines” that compensate for weaknesses in stabilizer muscles. We train using body weight, free weights, and whatever elements nature has to offer to “shock” our bodies into optimal health.
We went white water rafting on Saturday in upper northern California on the American Fork River. Well, on this one, we weren’t so lucky. Our boat hit spiraling water within the rapids in multiple directions and it capsized… I am just so grateful that I had been going to your sessions and working hard, because I truly believe it saved our lives. Thank you so much for helping me understand what I can do with my body and how I can function more than I ever thought I could.”
