Many people interested in personal training want to lose weight. At the Ice Chamber, instead of
obsessing over strict caloric guidelines, our main objective is to motivate you to incorporate
exercise into your daily routine. Why? Research has proven that people who begin exercising
regularly also begin to make better food choices (often times on their own!).
We encourage you to start acclimating to vigorous "intentional" exercise on a regular basis in
order for you to: 1) experience a boost in your basal metabolic rate 2) deliver mood-enhancing
chemicals to your brain 3) create a lifestyle change that doesn't center around self-deprivation
(which only leads to binge eating and/or starvation).
