Name: Spencer Star

Age: 69

Motto:  Keep moving everyday

Spencer can be found at the IC on most days partnering with folks 1/3 his age.  While society tells us we should be taking lite walks and minimizing exercise risks as we mature, Spencer is having more fun getting fitter by training smarter.  He currently does 3-4 bootcamps in addition to 2-3 days of rest/recovery/mobility exercises per week.  He also schedules regular body work to maintain healthy circulation and manage soft tissue damage from resistance training.  This all makes sense considering his Ph.D in Economics from Cal. ;-)
