The Kettlebell Snatch as defined by the WKC: “lifting one Kettlebell overhead from the swing action in one continuous movement.”

1) Swing action: back

2) Swing action: forward

3) Pull and punch through

4) Final fixation: legs and working arm locked out and parallel to the head
