All bootcampers quoted below have had almost perfect attendance at 6AM Bootcamp for over 6 years. Here are some words of wisdom:
“The key to success is pushing off and avoiding the afternoon nap which inevitably sets in when you wake up at 5AM… because if you nap, you will be up past 10PM and that’s very bad for bootcamp”
“I go to bed past 11PM all the time and it sucks, but I still get here in the morning”
“Before 10:30PM is the magic formula for bedtime… but it rarely happens for us”
