    Karen is one of the smartest lifters I know. She lifts doubles intentionally for the health of her shoulders because she gets to use lighter kettlebells (17.6 lbs each) with the added benefit of a heavier total (35.2 lbs) per rep. Love that she’s breaking down gender barriers too!

    I love it Karen!! I am not surprised though. I train at the same time Karen has her sessions with Jess and let me tell you Jessica lays out some tough programs for Karen and she always rises to the challenge. Thank you for continuing to inspire Karen!!

    So awesome, doubles are no joke! You should also see her in Industrial Strength class! She is just as strong in power lifting! Barbell or Kettlebell, she can do it all! Very impressive!
