Ahh thanks! Steve did you teach them some new core exercises because at bedtime Luci was doing the most fierce hip bridges, leg throw downs, toe touch, & flipping over for what looked like dive bombers while Gavin was working on his push up to T??? Both by the way were cracking up while running this routine…
