Would love to learn more about Eduardo’s and Newton’s training and schedule. I see these guys pop in and out of the IC but never really know if they are gearing up for something. Also I know they do a lot of private training but sometimes I see Eduardo at boot camp, what is their breakdown and mix of workouts? Curious minds…
