What’s your heart rate?

Some people have mentioned that Tuesday’s workout seemed more difficult than usual. Fact or fiction? One way to find out is by wearing your heart rate monitor. We’d like to know your stats!

What heart rate monitor? There’s one to strap on???!!! If, “yes” — COOL! Sara did a fabulous job kicking our butts Tuesday in Core. In fact, my butt still aches today. Tonight was tough as well – and we were all oddly sweaty – I mean, like more than normal. Ewwwwww!
All I know is, there’s a fine line between “still moving” and “nearly dead on the floor.” I figure that for me, the latter is over 185 bpms…had to take a knee on Tuesday midway through the RDL-Burpee ladders–so everyone who told you Tuesday was “more difficult” than usual GROSSLY UNDERSTATED the exquisite and extraordinary concoction you mixed up for us that day. Phew!
I gauge my workout on sweat factor rather than by using a heart rate monitor. I went to every bootcamp this week and they were all rough and sweaty as usual. I don’t recall one easy day. Oh, except Battlezone Monday, I didn’t sweat at that one. And I know Thursday was tough because I was so sweaty that I felt like I was waterlogged, like I’d been swimming in my own sweat. gross.
@ Christy – something magically gross went-on on Thursday. During Core, Sara kept looking at us saying “Are you guys all right? You’re, uhhh, REALLY sweaty.” Ha-Ha-Ha!
