The load distribution while in rack position is a straight line to the mid foot.  The same is true while locked and fixated overhead.

    Too funny Jen! That’s me always on the prowl-that’s why I have that great off the shoulder look going on because even while swinging those bells fashion matters.

    I do have to thank Steve for always pushing me further than I think I can go. The double bells have been a new opportunity to work towards finding balance between the mental game and all important technique.
