WKC Coach Certification Highlights

We are now recovering from a long weekend of training! We apologize to the Core group for missing the Sand Bag mile, but we understand that Bear, JD, and Kenny took great care of you. We were with you in spirit. ;-)

Here is a video collage of this weekend’s certification. A big thank you to Cate and Valery for coming out to teach, and of course we are grateful to everyone that flew in from around the globe to participate in this once in a lifetime event. Congratulations to all the new WKC Trainers and Coaches!

Best,
Steven

Tour de Tahoe

“Last weekend I participated in the Tour de Tahoe which was a last minute decision on my part.  I had not been “training” for the ride except for my weekly routine at the Ice Chamber.  Much to my pleasure the ride was easy all things considered.   My biggest concern was that I was a bit fatigued from your ball busting workout last week that left my thighs kind of sore where I partnered with Jill.    The ride was a loop around Lake Tahoe (72 miles) that I completed in about 4 hours and was in the top 10% of finishers of over 2000 participants.  I’d hate to see if I was actually preparing for the ride, which I’ll do next time.”

Big thanks!!!
