We are incredibly proud of you for making tremendous progress in such a short time.  But more importantly, we appreciate your attention to detail and the adherence to skill development – the foundation to safe, progressive, and long lasting kettlebell lifting!

    Thanks for that. Our classes are strictly Kettebell Lifting. It’s the WKC Elite Fitness Protocol.
