   Go Matt! You are absolutely one of my favorite weightlifters; you got the skills to make heavy lifts happen, but mainly it’s because you love them so much!

   Thank you for such wonderful comments! I can truly say that I have never had as much fun in the gym as I’m having right now…I only wish the industrial strength class went 3 days a week!
