We are hosting the 2012 WKC Fitness Trainer Certification on March 17, 2012.
They are all GREAT photos- but what better inspiration and example to work out than for our kids. That photo with his son looking on, more powerful than 1000 mini lectures of why to workout as his son gets older. Leading by example for the next generation.

These are great. But where’s the pic of Annie running on the treadmill in a garbage bag to make weight?
Although Loredie is one of my favorite workout Godesses ( yes with a capital G ) and Gretchen and Lisa B. are lookin as fierce as ever… my nod has to go to that priceless pic of Victor makein sure his dad maintains proper form for the duration of that plank hold!
I love the FACES! Look at the concentration of Loredie, Victor’s dad, Gretchen and Lisa B. They are all in one very awesome zone. (The Ice Chamber zone?) And Victor is a happy little guy. Dad and the IC are all kinds of fun as far as he’s concerned. It was a great day.
