To kick off our next Fat Loss Challenge of 2010, we are featuring the incredible transformation of Karen King to get you motivated.  In a candid interview with Maya, she opens up about what it took to lose 40 pounds without going on a strict diet or beating herself up over numbers on the scale.  How did she do it and make front page news on Athleta?

Keeping each other inspired!

There's no stopping the BSPG at dawn!

“I’ve been doing this for three years, and I still feel like a neophyte.  Especially when I’m surrounded by other 6 a.m.’ers with more youth, less body fat and harder bodies.  But we are Brothers and Sisters in Pain for Gain (BSPG), so we show up and keep moving.  There’s a huge benefit to hanging out with this hard core group of boot campers: Whatever your fitness level, there’s no slackin’.  You may never be able to row 2000 meters as fast as Patti on her worst day, but with “Jai Ho” thumping on the sound system, little Danielle’s big voice urging you on, and your 20 to 30 fellow boot campers huffing and grunting on their rowing machines alongside you, you’ll give it your best shot.”
