You run a great program and it was an honor to show you and your members what judo is.
Judo is so different than many other sports because it was founded on the the principles of hard work, dedication and bettering yourself through helping others.
The lessons you learn in judo can not only be applied on the mat, but in everything that you do!
East Bay Judo tries to uphold these values and principles at our dojo and hopefully we conveyed some of this on Saturday in addition to how AWESOME judo is!!!
