   all I can say is that the Rob and Rune match up made for a grueling (by the looks of it) match up! Vertical push ups, holding Robs legs, (they are long) all those sprints and then whatever else took place- Sat. morning core class gave their all! Of course Rune loved it.

   Oh, and as I waited to leave the parking lot for the outside part of their workout to finish….here’s what I LOVE about the IC and makes it not.a.gym- everyone, everyone, cheered on the last person to finish and ALL walked in together. A great community.

   I couldn’t participate Jessica ruined me the hour before!

   Saturday morning core class…either an awesome way to start off the weekend or a punishment for too much Friday night fun!
