   Don’t forget Jess’ punishment on the spin bikes! Indeed a great way to start the year and fun to see so many wonderful people. What a blessing the new space is.

   I didn’t know that I had started my New Year’s resolution in September until the New Year arrived, then I realized that I had merely affirmed my daily resolution of putting my health and fitness first. This would not have happened without the synergistic environment that is the Ice Chamber.

   Agreed Renee. It was really great seeing such a large turnout for the first workout of the new year. The positive energy was ringing throughout the IC.
