What is Judo?
Since many IC members have been asking us what exactly Judo is, we thought it was appropriate to show this great documentary produced by Annie.

I love seeing the communicative side of Annie as the producer of this film. Annie adds a lot to the IC, in my experience helping with the kids’ IC and helping me with technique. She has been a quiet force so far, and I look forward to learning from her commitment to her sport
