All of you exemplify strong, beautiful women. You look so fluid and skilled, and are naturals on TV! Jessica spoke to the newscaster as though she was just another IC trainee, which came across perfectly. Watching her try the kettle bells in khakis was quite a sight! And the demonstrations were absolutely amazing, especially when considering how incredibly heavy those weights are! Great t-shirts, too. I hope this brings lots of business and positive PR your way. Congratulations!

What a wonderful advertisement for the the IC and the sport of k-bell lifting. It’s just amazing to me how you continue to make more and more waves in the health and fitness industry. With you guys promoting it, I think the k-bell may just become the worlds premier physical training tool in the future!
