6am Salute
Do you know someone that is often viewed as quiet and perhaps shy, but when you see them move and do things, the energy and power just flows through? We do. Meet Shai-El. One of the most dedicated bootcampers from Team 0600 has been making waves for quite some time now. She most certainly deserves recognition for helping us all get our mornings started at the IC!

Shai-el is one of those constants in life… never looks like she doubts or fears or tires. Wait, on the fourth set of ab work on Friday I did see her make a face that looked like, “STEVE, ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!?” which cracked me up because that’s what I was thinking, and I only remember it because it was the only time I’ve ever seen her look tired! She is one of those who can finish a workout as strong as she starts. You are rock solid, girl, physically and in your attitude.

Y’all just made me blush big time! 6am is my “first thing’s first”, and my day is guaranteed to be better for it. The IC is by far my healthiest and most rewarding addiction to date
Steven, being referred to as an “athlete” is overwhelming…I feel like I am just getting started and am loving every minute!! You (all of you) are so supportive, so encouraging and I feel lucky to be able to work out with such awesome people.
