I hope those brownies know how lucky they are to get a private class from the kettlebell champions!!
    just gives me the chills!!!!
good to see Heidy back in action and I think that is Riley showing her stuff? Fantastic!

agreed! so cute and the message SO powerful!

Will you come to Annakari’s Brownie troop someday?

Rock on Riley, I know you’ll inspire lots of younger (and older) girls too.

  3. Douglas says:

I cannot thank Maya, Jessica, Surya, Sara and Heidy enough for the warmth and love they showed my Brownie troop. These ladies had all nine girls captivated. I could see the interest and curiosity in each girls face and that makes for a successful Brownie meeting.

Many thanks to Steve for his warmth and generosity and his superb documentary skills. I can’t stop watching the video. And that was only 2 minutes of what the whole hour was like. And Jessica, you continue to amaze. I learned new things about leading from you last night.

Thank you so much for taking the time to inspire all around you.

Having led our 15 little brownies through meetings in the past I think it is an understatement to say they were captivated! How could they not be with such poised, fun-loving, beautiful champions before them. The message you bring to these young girls, about starting to build physical strength and endurance at a young age is so powerful and I’m sure you made a big impact. Wonderful!

  5. Annakari says:

I want to do that! Can I? Cool

  6. Elsa says:

Wow! When I was in Brownies, we just went to the Wonder bread company and watched them make bread. How cool! That was such a sweet video. Now I love the ICKB girls (+ Doug) even more! Jess, you have such a way with people.

  7. Steven says:

The Brownies are such strong and resilient young people! Amazing technique.

Annakari, I am sure Rylee or Freida would love to give you lessons! You’ll love it.

  8. Howie says:

    Sweet!

Now make sure you give the Cub Scouts equal footing. They’d be lucky to also have strong women as positive role models as well.

  9. Jessica says:

Thanks so much Dougie for being such a great troop leader and for inviting us to be a part of the meeting! I have been smiling all weekend long thinking about each sweet brownie :) xo
