Greece Trailer #1: Food

So much of sport camp in Greece went beyond kettlebells and included great food & culture, family, and fun. Here is a scene from Valery’s favorite restaurant around the corner from Coach Filikidis’ gym.

Turbo, thanks for the love you’ve been giving me on this trip. I’ve been feeding off your positive energy because I know you love the bells too!

Don’t make us feel jealous or anything. That food looked awesome. Big Russ in Greece… He came back all clean and shaved. Greece was good for him

Russ is a beast (an a gentlemen I might add). Check out this unbelievable feat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwVT4GBt_AA

    Bottoms-up 24 on top of 16. Incredible.

    Me too!

Wow that was an amazing feat.

    Elsa,

What’s open at this time of the night?

I am glad you having a great time, Maya! I love the updates! I enjoy taking a little time to myself each year since having kids. Granted, I didn’t fly to Greece and rock out on the kettlebells, something more along the lines of sipping margos in a beach chair, but still, it is good for your soul, which makes you a better partner and parent.

Of course I never dare to eat after 7:30 pm :) But close to campus there are a lot of places open til 2 AM. There is a Greek place Misha’s Gyros in the Durant Square I think we should make a visit to after bootcamp ;)
