Alex Martinez (football and basketball) and Ysabel King (downhill skiing) learn agility and strength mechanics in Youth Camp Level 1. The skills acquired in this course will transfer directly into their sports.

Speaking of skills and sports, congratulations to IC athlete and Judo Black Belt Newton Casemiro for taking the Gold in his division and the Bronze in the open division at the 2009 Sensei Memorial Tournament last weekend. This was a national level event with over a hundred of the nation’s best Judo players competing.
Newton – Congratulations!!!!!!!!! So proud of you! I know how hard you work and you deserve all the glory!

Alex and Ysabel are wonderful young people with great attitudes and hearts of gold. Thomas said he’s having such fun training these two! Griffin and Alex will be working out together soon when they train on odd days. I can’t wait to see them all get to their highest potential.
