Shout out to Joe! I’m still amazed that you get up at ungodly hours for baby maintenance and then stay up for bootcamp. You’re one tough dude. Plus, you always have a smile on, which is way cool for oh-dark-hundred.
Looking good on that static lunge. Which by the way was way harder than it looked when Eva did the demo this morning. (Good circuit, though, Eva! I even remarked to the hubby that today was a particularly fine one…)

I must concur that Joe P. is the man of the un-Godly hour.
Who is this poseur? how often does he show up? Once a month? C’mon.
Thanks to Maya, Steve, Jessica, Eva and the rest for making their second home a second home for me. IC is now an integral part of most of my dark, cold mornings, a time when I used to snore and dream of pizza.
I particularly have a soft spot for Jess who rescued me from my severe ankle sprain, after the rest of the class, one by one, hopped over my limp body as I screamed in pain. Screams cannot be heard on Cleveland Ave.
I was also going to thank Seth, the first member I met at IC. But, no. I thought bitterness and rancor diminished with advanced age. I was wrong.
I too have to tip my hat to him for his dedication to fitness…but I do have a question. Is there anything you can do to help him with his cankles?
Joe is an animal! I still remember running into him @ Peet’s after his 1st post-baby workout…
I do need to come to Seth’s defense. I know firsthand he is not bitter. we had a collision a few months back during some crazy relay circuit– I literally ran into him & ended up biting his shoulder… salty, yes. bitter, no.
Alright – Team 0600 is full of comedians… who would’ve guessed?
