A little celebration
Happy holidays! Please join us for a small gathering on Saturday at 11am to celebrate the season as well as the amazing accomplishments of so many IC members this year. This, of course, will follow a “lite” workout at 10am (all members welcome) with our 2008 National Rowing Champs. Lauren, JoJo, and Lindsay are back in the East Bay and will be erging, demoing, and leading a workout. Please RSVP via email.
