Whoa, is that Rach and Siew-Chin kicking butt again? They don’t stop do they? This dynamic duo is quite fun to watch in action. Lots of intensity and commentary ;-)

So nice to meet you Rachel Q!
Thank you for your post — I, too, noticed rockstar quality radiating from you the other morning. From a 6am-centric world… at first glance — I thought you were a newbie — boy it didn’t take me long to realize I was wrong. You have to pardon some blurriness from the cold – dark morning. Hope to have you back some time soon!
Thanks also for the kind words about Rylee — she impresses us too! We are always learning and inspired by her nature.

Siew-Chin is one tough cookie. One time I was filling up my car at San Pablo and Buchanan and saw someone bicycling by in the rain. I remember thinking to myself “she is really booking” … then a few minutes later I get to the IC and I realized it was Siew-Chin! She had biked from Oakland, did a class, and then turned around and biked home. And my other favorite is her trip to Spain this summer, where she essentially hiked through Spain for weeks while wearing a backpack that weighed more than her. She is a trooper and a lot of fun!

Thanks for the stories about Siew-Chin Rachel. I have another great one. In the middle of the chaos of the IC KB Meet last month, she walks up to me with a delicate handful of fresh pastries that she had just taken out of the oven. I felt like I had just won the lottery. I was supposed to share them with Steve, but they never made it to his microphone hut…

    Rachel and Siew-Chin rock!!!
