Working behind the scenes

Susan Reeves is at it again. She seems to pop up everywhere: Las Vegas, Atlanta, and who knows where else. But we do know one thing: without her support, it would be hard to keep things running smoothly. Thank you Susan!

Dear Susan,
Thank you for all the support you have given the ICKB team. I cannot say how comforting it was to have you and your family there with us in Atlanta. Thank you for generously driving me and Maya to the airport. I hope that one day I can return the favor. Thank you to Doug and Riley too for sharing Susan with us!
Susan, Doug and Riley- you are one wonderful family, kind, funny and a generous spirit with huge smiles all around. I love coming to the IC and seeing their smiling faces….and even smiling after!
Susan you are the BEST!!!!! Thank you a million times for all that you do
xoxo Jess
Lovely strength, lovely spirit, best workout buddy! Susan, you are 6 AM.
Susan, I think you are great. Actually, I think all the 6am-ers are great. Actually actually, I think all the people I’ve met associated w/ the IC are great. Hey, are you guys hiring? I could handle being around great people all day.
Jokes aside, Susan, I love working out with you. I’m so glad the IC put you up on the blog so we could give a communal shout out to you! Thanx for all the positive energy and encouragement.
Best,
mb
Susan, you are the greatest. Thank you for taking care of us in the far away places!
I’m so honored!
It was super-inspiring to watch and cheer for our folks and all the IC Kettlebell competitor adoptees in Atlanta. It is absolutely incredible to think that our team just started competing this past May!
Steve & Maya and Jessica — thank you so much for building this IC community. It has solidly changed our lives in wonderful ways.
I had my first opportunity to work out with the 0600 crew on Wednesday when my hubby had the day off. First of all, I had heard that the were serious rockstars, but getting to see them in action blew me away. It was dark and cold but that crew BROUGHT IT. Danielle had us warm up by running laps, and they took off so fast I told her I thought they were running to the bridal salon! By 1000 we’ve all had our lattes and scones, er green tea and raw food vegan bar, and it’s sunny and warm and we leisurely jog from stop sign to stop sign. The weights were cold, the poles and bars were cold, but that group just worked out without a complaint. So props to the 0600 crew!
Which brings me to Susan, since I was in a circuit group with her. The woman had a smile on her face the whole time! Even when doing grapevines with the med balls in the 30 degree weather and pitch black dark! It was a pleasure to work out with her. And I am still so inspired by Rylee’s performance at the Fall KB meet. What a lucky girl to have such inspiring parents, and what lucky parents to have such an amazing young woman in their lives to remind them of what is most wonderful in life. Keep it up, you guys!
While Rylee and I missed her, we were also very excited that she could attend and get some other family members to go. Susan is a great mom and a great wife and always gives completely with her passion.
I second, third, four, fifth… that. We love Susan + family and find great comfort when she comes to our KB competitions. It was so lovely meeting her family and watching their faces during the events of the day.
Thanks again Susan.
I, too, am drinking the Susan Kool-aid. I heart working out with you at 6am because you always always have a smile on your face and I because if I’m ever unsure of my form, I can totally copy you and be right. You truly rock.
It’s always a good day when I get to work out with Susan. She is one-in-a-million. And her family? The best. I heart them all.
