Run Wild

Just a week after the IC Kettlebell Meet, members of Team 0600 were at it again. This time they supported the Run Wild for a Child 5K (supporting the SF Firefighters’ Toy Drive) on Sunday.

You gals rock! So sorry I had to miss this one…
Rock on – thanks for representing team 0600! You all continue to impress…
0600 Girls Gone Wild!!!!!!!!!!!
I heard that Ross, Erin, and Rob was there too.
Anne and I ran it and what a glorious day! Perfect way to work off the pumpkin pie! We’re running EnviroSports Angel Island Run on 12/13. The more the merrier!
I love that we saw Ross twice as his 10k course intertwined with the 5k course. Sorry we missed Erin and Anne at the finish for the group shot…Rob was there, just behind the camera. Perfect day for it, that’s for sure.
And way to go Foxy Roxy, finishing your first 5k with that great big smile on your face! You’re such a stud.
In another stunning example of IC generosity and support, Erin G ran the first 3 1/2 miles of the 10k with me even though my normal pace is 2 minutes a mile slower than hers. As a result I knocked a minute a mile off my total time! Yippee for me and kudos to Erin.
See everybody on Angel Island on the 13th!
I am stoked for Angel Island and I will bring my camera. Brunch afterward?
Thanks Susan! You and Virginia are stellar running mates. And your dirty jokes made it SO fun!
Brunch after the Angel Island run for sure. By the way, I would love to hear dirty jokes while running too (or at the brunch).
I can’t make it to the Angel Island run!!!Anyone want my registration?
I’m giving it away.
You guys are awesome. Keep us all on our toes!
A late comment, since I just saw this! Thanks Roxanne for posting the pics. Sorry I didn’t run with you all, but I’m so glad I found you guys afterwards. I even left my running mates behind, as I sprinted looking for my dad, who turned out to b 3 seconds ahead of me at the finish line. This was a great run on a beautiful day. And so fun to give Ross a hi-5 when we intersected, 5k and 10k. Congrats to all and hope everyone’s enjoying a great holiday!
