Kettlebell Clinic Thank You
Thanks to all of the wonderful participants on Saturday, the Kettlebell Sport Clinic was a “swinging” success. Each one of you has helped to make it possible for the ICKB team to compete at the national level and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generous contributions. great clinic! it was fun- and hard! I definitley saw my form improve… and I am no longer afraid of the bell hitting me in the head
I heart KB and the ICKB girls (and coaches). I think we need to start a fan club. I’ll be president.
That clinic did it’s job so well. Not only did I get some really good KB instruction I got inspired. Really inspired. When you see those incredible ICKB girls (and Steve) work the bells, you see the elegance of the sport.
