Reach Pullup

Spend some time each day fine tuning a skill, art, or sport you love. You may find that “practice” is a very different process than “training.” The pace is usually slower and patience is required, but the good news is that in practice, a greater level of self-discovery is made as you push through limits that once held you back.

    Dude – what is Steve doing in that picture? I can tell he’s airborne, but how the heck did he get there? Hope I can make it tonight though back acting up again so may need to just pedal away on the bikes.
