Coming Up

Surya and Sara have been working diligently with the yellows recently. In the pursuit to move into the national pro division, our female competitors have been making steady progress on a daily basis. You will even see them working with the purples occasionally.
The technical qualities, not just the strength, required to do a minimum of 100 reps in the Long Cycle Clean & Jerk are key to success. Please join us in supporting every member who’s been practicing, as those of you who’ve been attending our KB Sport classes know how difficult it is to become technically proficient.

I love watching these two rock stars in action-determination, strength, brains and beauty
Renee, you were a rockstar on Wed. night too. Check you out! Isn’t it interesting that the back swing should be the easiest to master, but it’s been playing tricks on everyone!!!!! (well, mostly me)Â I think I need lessons from Dougie-Doug–his is looking pretty good over there…
You need to see Surya and Sara rock the purples in live action. The technique is superb. The determination on their faces is worth the price of admission alone. I’m so proud of you both!
hard. core. – you both take things to a whole other level with a calm, quiet dedication that does not come easy to most of us. No doubt we’ll be seeing you in the nationals!
I expect a play by play of their efforts at nationals! Lookin’ good!
