Mars Made It
We are happy to report that 6 a.m. veteran Mars Stone made it through surgery with flying colors yesterday. Great news: everything that could have went wrong, didn’t; everything that could have went right, did! Bye-bye tumor. She is awake, smiling, and luckily visiting another dimension…
While this is not quite the After photo she was anticipating, we hope she feels dang proud of herself anyway. Mars has had a challenging year and yet, she never let her training fall by the wayside. In fact, she continued to lose weight (nearly 25 pounds) and train consistently up until two weeks ago. No doubt, Mars will be back in action very soon!
I’m so happy to hear it! I was thinking about Mars all day yesterday. Such good news.
Thanks for the update. I’m looking forward to the day we get to see her smiling face again.
