I totally failed that, but at least its something to work towards!

I totally failed too, after all the dumbell/arm excerises that morning, my arms were like rubber. yee-ouch.
Shari, the test was holding a weight of your choosing, well under 45 pounds and I guess above 10 or something, I tried with 20. So you hold it straight out for 45 seconds. Bruce Lee does it with a barbell. I agree with Kerri, after the workout it was hard, I might be able to do it at the start of a day. We shall see.
Btw, the barbell is roughly 33% of Bruce’s bodyweight.

Sorry to be a buzzkill, but as Rachel Q lovingly pointed out last week, Bruce passed away some years ago. Whatever you do, don’t tell Steve. He’ll be crushed.

Why don’t you start with 10%.
I think we need to give props to Steven for being able to demo the move holding the 45 pound barbell. Something tells me he’s right up there with Bruce. Crazy!
Thanks Rachel. But since I weigh 15 pound more than the original dragon, I would have to hold a 50lb barbell to be fair. Yikes.
