Spice up your training with imagination: medicine balls for pike ups and kettlebells for weighted pull-ups.
Always lots of fun on Thursday. I recommend a less squishy medicine ball for the pike ups – our was sliding more than rolling.
It was great to see the pikes. Lots of improvement in the flexibility area.
