Gotta give a shout-out to Greg, who started the "run to/from class" movement, regularly does the "double-down" (boot-camp in the morning and core class at night), and when he isn't at class, is off in Central America volunteering to fit hearing-impaired kids with hearing aids or hang-gliding or something else cool.
