7am on the Rise
Team 0700 features the combined superpowers of Mallory (blue hair), Lynne, Nani, Mary, Oliver, Joey, Ben G., Cammi, Lorena, Nancee, Ann-Maree, Wendy, Brian, and of course the rhythmic Eric F., just to name a few. When these folks are put to the test, they bring the house down (usually with a deadly dose of dancing and lip syncing).
This is a serious force to be reckoned with.
I moonlight in other classes due to school sometimes, but my heart is with these folks. Go 7AM!
Go Team 0700! I have such a blast in class and can always count on finding a great partner plus encouragement all around. A force to be reckoned with for sure! Shout outs to some of my partners in crime Connie and Helen…and that makes me wonder where Zen has been at? Thanks to Nani and Eric for all their encouragement and advice!
7:00 crew rocks – and I love the way that it gets infused with new energy and determination by folks like Val/Mal. Gotta give a shout-out to Greg, who started the “run to/from class” movement, regularly does the “double-down” (boot-camp in the morning and core class at night), and when he isn’t at class, is off in Central America volunteering to fit hearing-impaired kids with hearing aids or hang-gliding or something else cool. Inspiring – and very hard to keep up with!

There were so many people at 7am this morning. I can’t even begin to name all the rock stars. I just remember that Mary and Wendy were tag teaming like the WWF from back in the days.
