It’s really important to get the perfect grip position at the top. It affects everything else. If you look at the video, you’ll see proper gripping of the handle.

One of them (with underoos on) isn’t wearing wrist wraps–that’s no joke ponytail or not.
I keep trying to envision what the IC attire would look like–we’re big on fabric around here, perhaps because we train in the Arctic.
I can’t be the only one who doesn’t wear shorts of any kind to the IC because of…..bear walking, mountain climbers, dive bombers, etc.
