Sippy cups for burpees. Team 1000 paid the price this morning.

we were on such a roll that Haakon was doing burpees tonight after dinner! Annakari was making new moves on the bosu ball- a burpee on the ball! Just another Friday night

Rune’s enthusiasm was an awesome wake-up call!!! “One, One, One, two…” I loved it!
Seeing both Renee and Rune really perk me up. I love they way they encourage and challenge one another. Still so sweet after all these years!
