Diversión de Familia
Eva A. knows quality family time. She trains together with daughters Erin (left, age ten), Lythia (center right, age fourteen) and Nikola (right, age eight) whenever possible. Lythia is a track athlete while Nikola and Erin are budding gymnasts.
Today, little Erin taught the 10 a.m. crew one of her “basic” core exercises: hollows to v-ups …and yes, she busted them out like crunches. Ouch.
Erin came to another class recently and oh my she did everything beautifully! Her push ups (20 at a time) were stellar. Congrats to you Eva on raising three wonderful, strong girls.
Eva has brought great spirit and a warm smile to the IC … we’re so glad you’re a part of the morning bootcamp crew! Can you believe in addition to these three beautiful and strong girls she also has a five year old boy? Way to go, momma!
Rachel, I agree with you 100% Eva has a spirit that lights the room. And her girls are something special as well.
