Brenda

We are happy to report that Brenda is back on track after recovering from a few physical setbacks last year. Not surprisingly, she is currently performing at higher levels than before her injuries–100 reps of KB high pulls @ 16kg, technically sound barbell hang clean, etc. Here she was photographed learning (for the first time) a different method of gripping and swinging a professional kettlebell. By the end of class, we were using her to demonstrate the technique to others. So, what’s going on here? …a positive attitude, a willingness to learn (and look foolish), and focus! Brenda is proof that conditioning is as much mental as it is physical.
