Ol’ St. Nicholas

In addition to building enough brute strength to take on Sasquatch, Nick has lost more than 25 lbs. in recent weeks. Truth be told, Nick attends more classes than Renee, Shari, and Eric F. combined. Wow!
More proof that good nutrition + consistent training = results

Way to go!
I second that Julie–way to go Nick!!!
Just wait ’til my knee is better Nick! I’m planning on attending the 6, 7, 9,10 am on M-F and wed/thurs nights. I’ll throw in Saturday morning for good measure!
Seriously, congrats on all your hard work. Be sure to stretch-OK?
Nick, do you sleep at the IC? I third Julie – way to go!
If you haven’t seen Nick’s deadlift, it’s pretty freakin’ impressive. This is the man to call when you need to move that piano.
Nick, have you considered firefighting as a career? Strong work. I always enjoy working out with you. You have great determination and I like your ” can do” attitude.
Nick has such a strong ” I’m going for it 110%” approach. Really inspiring to be around. I want to know his recovery secrets!
Way to go Nick! Although you do scare me when he work out.
Thanks guys! It’s great to get all these positive comments. Eric, my recovery secret is a combination of sleep, beer, and meat. Shari, they don’t let me sleep there, but sometimes I camp out behind the dumpster. And Turbo, it is you who scares me. I love the IC, if only they had friday afternoon and sunday morning workouts, it’d be perfect.
Nick,
You are sick. In a great way!
“sleep, beer, and meat” (hopefully not in that order…….). Can’t wait to give it a try!
I always look to Nick for work out inspiration – he is one hard worker!!! Not sure I can get away with the beer, meat, sleep diet. (OK, sleep could help.)
awesome nick!!! you are one tough guy not to mention a super fast sprinter!!!! Go Nick!
Nick, you can have my meat and beer, I’ll take the sleep! You do a pretty good “handstand to a roll” too.
In fact, last Sunday night I was driving West on 80 and could have sworn I saw Nick trying to climb IC’s fence. He was grasping a kettle bell in his teetch and keg in his right hand.
That’s why the fence was bent backwards… I’m sending Nick a bill for the damage.
I’m digging a tunnel underneath the railroad tracks.
